All together a great place: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a wonderful ambience, and outstanding food. Portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable given what you get. Nice to watch the river from the covered outdoor area (nicely heated during our December visit). Highly recommend.

Our waitress was phenomenal. Very engaging and also very efficient. The food runners were clearly young and new. They could use some practice- not auctioning off food, especially when the table hadn’t yet been cleared and had limited space.

If you have experienced Kowloon in Saugus you will love it here. The food is similar but better because it is cooked to order and presentation is perfect! Staff was friendly. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been if they acknowledged my occasion since open table asked and I did say we were there for a birthday celebration.
