Shaun Mehtani (SM) was traveling through Australia at the age of 22 when he met a bar consultant named Grant Collins of Bar Solutions and tasted his first ever Grilled Pineapple & Cracked Pepper Martini..     Excellent dinner with family. The only disappointment was the charred guacamole. It was not spicy when it was supposed to be very hot. Everything else was tremendous. Orale has become one of our favorites in Morristown and a go to place for a nice dinner

    The food is always great at Chef Freddy's. For the day after Christmas, we were a party of seven, tasting venison (perfect medium rare), Chilean sea bass, ravioli, salmon, and calamari. Two things stood out: the calamari is supplemented with spicy peppers, giving it a unique taste and the care taken for the seventh member of our party--our 3-year-old granddaughter. She was affectionately welcomed and, when the fancier food lost some of its appeal to her, out came a bowl of vanilla ice cream. She was one happy toddler, singing to anyone who would listen. Thank you, Chef Fredy's!
