Since 1996 in Cruz Bay, St. John. A Favorite of locals, loyal repeats and new guests. We just moved to our new beach location as La Tapa Plage in the Wharfside Hotel Village in March of 2022, still featuring the same interesting ever changing menu including fresh local seafood, organic greens & herbs form Coral Bay, flavors with a touch of Spain & France (Basque Country), Germany and Caribbean. My family decided that was one of the best meals we’ve ever had- perfect chill but elevated beach vibe, great service from Arch and his support staff, and the food was incredible- our favorites were the tuna tartare, the charcuterie and my daughter loved the pork loin special. Even the water glasses were beautiful :-)

The service & food was excellent. Love the open air restaurants in St Thomas. This was our first time at the Caribbean Fish Market. My husband had the wahoo & I had the grouper. We shared the salad wedge with shrimp & the coconut cake. EXCELLENT!! The calamari was the best we had ever had at any restaurant. The portions are generous so sharing was a great idea! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore restaurants. Remember it’s at the Ritz Carlton Resort. We were staying in Peterborg so I don’t know other restaurants there.

The food was outstanding and so was the service. I only wish we got there earlier to see the beautiful sunset as it was dark but the ambience and the patio was terrific. Highly recommend!
