Welcome to our beautifully restored Victorian with a contemporary twist. Neumanali opened fifteen years ago and quickly became a neighborhood favorite. We are open for indoor dining. Patio seating is available. It was originally a six-stool bar and 20-person dining facility. Schlesinger's son, Mickey, and his partner Dick Basso bought the club in 1955. Soon after, they renamed the club The Brass Door. Over the years, the partners expanded the facility to include a 20-stool bar, 50-seater cocktail lounge and a dining area for 160 guests. Following a brief closure in 1994 due to a fire, the restaurant was rebuilt from its original location.

My fiancé and I had a great experience here last night for dinner. Brenda, our server was amazing and gave great customer service. The food was delicious, and we love the salsa and chips as always. We look forward to coming again.

The kitchen was backed up so very slow in receiving our orders. But we were not in a rush so it was not a problem. Nicole our server was very busy she had a lot of tables. She was great.

We really enjoyed our meal. The food was great, very good service. Enjoyed the "back room", which made you feel as though you were sitting in a street scene in Italy. In addition to the great menu, they had several specials, and special seasonal cocktails. Would definitely go back. Just note, the front doesn't look that inviting, (in addition to the street construction), but when you go to the rear of the restaurant, it is quite charming.
