The restaurant Gabriello dal 1958, located in Via della Condotta, manages to be elegant and 'homemade' at the same time. The well-kept furnishings, which favour the use of wood, will crown your dishes of classic Tuscan cuisine. The quality is excellent, as is the hospitality!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food (steak) was amazing….only wish I could have kept the t-bone and taken it home to my dog - but he is in Australia so that wasn’t an option. They also served this warm bread with a couple of sauces as a type of free entree thing, which was divine! Then they served my wife a complimentary piece of cheesecake as it was her birthday! Do recommend

A wonderful experience and a lovely complement to our stay in Tuscany. This style of dining brings “the best of both” - the casual, communal, and social dimension of having friends over for dinner, but with the elevated authenticity of a Tuscan food culture. The team here are friendly, warm, and the food was exquisite. We opted for the bistecca upgrade and it was superb! Don’t miss an opportunity to nab a table here.
