Simply the best. I love that restaurant and can’t skip the chance to go every time I’m in PE

Glou Glou was such a wonderful experience for my partner’s birthday. They even gave us a slice of tort with a candle. The sauce chef is *chef’s kiss* exceptional. Some of the best sauces I’ve ever had - throughout the meal. The service is generally good. I do feel as though, compared with other high end restaurants I have dined at, there needs to be more cohesion between kitchen and front of house. Definitely a bit of chaos for clients to see, and with not that many covers. Food great, wine great, generally very expensive (globally, not in Mexico). And I do think that (birthday kindness aside!) generosity isn’t GlouGlou’s thing. A wonderful treat for a special occasion.

Dining at Almoraduz Cocina del Autor was an unforgettable experience, where artistry and flavor come together in perfect harmony. The restaurant’s menu offers exquisitely balanced dishes, each showcasing a beautiful Oaxacan influence. The flavors are rich and layered, yet never overwhelming, with every bite revealing something new. One of the most pleasant surprises was the generous portion sizes — larger than I initially expected, but always thoughtful and well-prepared. Throughout the meal, we were treated to fun tasters that offered an unexpected delight, keeping the dining experience exciting and dynamic. Almoraduz also excels in offering options for a variety of dietary preferences, including a selection of vegetarian dishes. The freshness of the ingredients really shines, especially in the fish dishes. I had the melt-in-your-mouth raw fish, which was perfectly paired with a delicately whipped fennel/vanilla sauce, followed by a vibrant fish mole that balanced richness with a subtle complexity. From the food to the atmosphere to the service, everything about Almoraduz was top-notch. I left thoroughly satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Muy buena experiencia. Todo lo del menú está rico. Gran servicio. Más costoso de lo normal en el área, pero vale la pena para una ocasión especial. El servicio es espectacular. El camino es una travesía ya que las calles de los alrededores no están pavimentadas, pero vale la pena.

Fuimos a cenar y resulto una comida muy agradable. El restaurante está dentro de un hotel muy lindo y, aunque es nuevo y seguro irán a justando algunas cosas, en general la comida estaba muy rica y el servicio muy atento. Recomiendo pedir el pescado a la talla y probar varias entradas que estaban muy ricas. Pedimos una pasta carbonara que fue lo único que no nos gustó. recomendado para una una comida un poco mas formal que las que encontramos en la punta y la zicatela, pero en un ambiente todavía mas distendido que en un restaurante super formal, en el que puedes comer tranquilo.
