Is there anything better than good food? According to Luis, there is not. That is why you will always find him in the dining room or on the terrace of our LUIS Eatery. Join us for a light snack or a proper meal – your wish is our command. Choosing is easy, as our menu boasts a small but select list of traditional South Tyrolean and Val Gardena dishes, while also including more modern, international options. Whatever your choice, it will be delicious – Luis’ word of honour. Of course, each meal is paired with a good glass of wine. Leave it to us, and we will recommend the right champagne and prosecco, refined wines, cocktails, and spirits all served with aplomb. The new menu at Luisa Gourmet, available in two versions, 4 or 6 courses, and entitled ‘WINTER’ celebrates seasonal products. The dishes are simple in taste, with authentic flavours, but are executed and presented to the highest standards. For an even more special experience, inside the kitchen you will find a table called ‘CHEF'S TABLE’, where you can dine in the company of the entire brigade and pampered by the wait staff. Here the formula is the same as at Luisa Gourmet, with the same 4- or 6-course menu, but guaranteeing you a unique and engaging dining experience.*In order to guarantee the quality of the dishes, as well as the complete conceptual experience devised by Chef Andrea Susto, variations to the gourmet menu are not permitted*.Both culinary experiences are available from Thursday to Saturday by reservation only, with entry from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Patio Restaurant features a delicious menu of Mediterranean specialties and rich wine cellar. Enjoy an elegant dinner under the glass pyramid, at the atrium, or in the trendy interior. A perfect place for a sophisticated culinary experience with friends, couple or colleagues. The Patio Restaurant is open for Lunch, from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2:30pm and for dinner every night, Sundays included, from 7pm to 10pm.
