Paisans Pizza was started by Luigi, an immigrant to the United States, in 1985. In a small corner store in Cicero, Illinois, Luigi started making pizzas out of a household kitchen oven. We love Valentines at this location! The service is always wonderful and accommodating. The decorations could be cuter though. I’ve seen other locations decorated so nicely with balloons and decor; this location was very minimally decorated w a couple streamers and wrinkled tablecloths.
