Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.

Manalu is a new authentic Italian restaurant by Chef/Owner Marco Pontecorvo. The name was to combine all three of his family members names. MA for Marco, NA for Naomi, his daughter, and LU for Lucia, his wife. Manalu's goal is to bring a taste of Italy and a touch of Naples in the town, by serving authentic Italian cuisine and the original pizza Napoletana cooked in a brick oven.     We had an absolutely amazing meal last night. The beet appetizer will be ordered every time. The rockfish and the salmon were sublime and I refuse to pick a favorite. The Brussel sprouts were crispy and creamy. To finish we had the lemon meringue and wye oak cake- both whimsical and delicious. The service was friendly and very helpful with wine and food choices. Absolutely a fantastic addition to Frederick!

    We had an early dinner here on Christmas Eve. The staff were wearing holiday themed sweaters and hats and had a cheerful attitude. All four of us had brunch items - the eggs were perfectly sunny side up! Everyone cleaned their plates except me, the Chicken and egg sandwich was large so I took half home. The breakfast potatoes were so crispy! And the bar drinks were nicely done, especially the old fashioned.

    A perfect dinner at Monocacy Crossing. There were 6 in our party and every dish was amazing. Josie is the best server and she makes great recommendations and is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely try the White Christmas Margarita and the Loup de Mer which is a fluffy white fish with jasmine rice and a delicious sauce! The chef and staff are top notch!
