Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Sometimes the magic of sharing a table with friends over fabulous food and wonderful wine can be elevated by a place. Canyon Kitchen has that impact. Canyon Kitchen uses local produce and organic selections from our own community gardens and the surrounding area to source our creative Appalachian cuisine. Our multi-course menu is offered a la carte and will change regularly, sometime daily, and is enhanced by an extensive wine list and fresh, seasonal cocktails. A $40 corkage fee will be charged for bottles up to 750ml. We recommend that all parties arrive 30-45 minutes before their reservation to take in our beautiful meadow. Reservations are subject to a $25 per person credit card hold that will only be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of reservation. 20% service charge is added automatically to each check to be distributed amongst our front line staff. We thank you in advance.

    This is our third time dining at Oak Steakhouse. It is such a fine atmosphere and the food is truly excellent. We split the filet, which was outstanding, and got sides of Brussels sprouts (fabulously prepared), and wonderful mashed potatoes. Oak Steakhouse has become one of our favorite restorations in the Highlands area.

    The food was so fresh. The snapper tasted Devine. I thought I was in Italy when I tasted the Bolognese. All of the staff were so professional and pleasant. It was an outstanding dining experience. Thanks!

    This restaurant is consistently inviting. The ambiance is welcoming. Dillon, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food never disappoints. Cocktails are top notch.

    Food was spectacular with a wide variety of choices for any palate. It was hard making a decision on what to order because everything looked delicious. Ended up getting the scallops with cauliflower risotto, the shaved Brussels and carpaccio. Wow. Can’t wait to go back and see what else I can try. Five stars all the way! Congrats to Chef Andrew Featherstone for another bright spot on Main Street. You’ve outdone yourself! And, Roula always makes everyone feel so welcomed and special.

    Another great meal at “The Bull”! Our server Brook was excellent. Our good friend Vijay was on point with his wine recommendation (as always), and the food was excellent!
