Glen-Ella Springs Inn Restaurant is open to the public and inn guests beginning at 5:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday April through December, and Wednesday through Saturday January through March. Calling ahead is recommended as some additional nights are closed in the winter. Food was good, a little salty, but lots of choices! It was cold every time someone opened the door, but that’s to be expected when it’s only 30 something! Lobster bisque was delicious and just the perfect amount.

Fortify once again hit it out of the park. Of course the food, service and overall ambience were outstanding, as usual, but upon knowing it was our anniversary, we were met with a greeting card signed by staff, a special table and an outstanding desert. Thank you Fortify for another great evening. You guys are the standard against which others strive to be. Keep it up!

The old adage is that "you get what you pay for." And nothing could be truer here. Yeah, it's a bit expensive, but the food, ambiance, and service are worth every cent. Hard to believe that such a superb restaurant is tucked away in Cornelia, Georgia. On your next special occasion, or on no occasion at all - go there! You won't regret it.

The Chef did a great job in creating a vegetarian dish for my wife and Bonnie was very attentive but not overly so in waiting on us. Another great dinner at Glen Ella.
