Food was over priced. But the service was great. We had Bridget as our waitress and she was great. She let us take our time chatting and looking at menu, was super helpful, not pushy, super sweet. The service from Bridget made up for the over priced food. Will definitely be back here!

Exceptional cuisine and dining experience. Popcorn shrimp and salmon were delightful. The Coffee is dark and flavorful. Fantastic attentive friendly service and ambiance. The menu offered numerous entrees paired with tantalizing sauces to catch your attention. This is a definite do over during my next trip to Manchester.

Food and service was excellent. My only complaint was on the kitchen there was a lot of banging it happened a lot.

From checking in to paying our bill every interaction was exceptional ! We enjoyed a coffee in the cafe’ then Labelle lights, followed by Americus for dinner. As always the food was incredible! Our server Spencer went above and beyond to make our night special, when he found out it was my birthday he added a candle and chocolate to the dessert we ordered.

Firefly never disappoints! From the moment you enter, you receive a warm and joyful welcome. The staff is by far some of the best around. The food is outstanding, the portions fair, and the prices reasonable. The drinks are creative, and there are good wine options by the glass. It is a lively and upbeat atmosphere with a great vibe.
