Etsu is a Japanese izakaya which focuses on local amazing produce in our dishes which are designed to be shared amongst friends. We have one of the largest Japanese whisky collections on our back bar which we recommend served over hand cut ice or try one of our sakes or Japanese tap beers.     What can I say, we have moved to the Gold Coast and found our Restaraunt. My wife and I have been searching for a restaurant that you can go to which is clean, modern, great atmosphere, great friendly service and best of all, the food has to be top notch. After 15 years together, we finally found it lastnight at Moo Moo. The management need a pat on the back, as I have never had such quality service. You could tell the waiters and staff actually wanted to be there and enjoyed their jobs. One waiter explained they were very busy and that we would be looked after by 2 of them. One knew Wines back to front and the other even selected the best steak for us, which turns out to be the most tender and tastiest Steak we have ever had. Cannot fault anything about this restaraunt and will be back on a regular basis, especially after having Kurt Russel wishing my wife a happy birthday. Thank you for a great night 👏

    Always a special spot. Staff went out of their way to move our reservation forward because of two hungry toddlers. Table Setting was beautiful. Breakfast great as usual. They were very busy but nothing felt rushed. I love Bumbles

    Fun place. Great atmosphere , service was friendly but professional. Food was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves and will return to work our way through the menu!
