​Tisha Johnson, a native of Toledo Ohio with passion for serving others. She has two beautiful daughters and pool of friends that are second to none. She moved to the Fredericksburg area in 1996 with a drive for success.Her passion for food came from her mother and family gatherings where food brought loved ones together for fun times. She opened her first restaurant Buttercups Cafe in 2013. She decided to close and seek a larger location.In October 2017, she opened Orleans Bistro & Grill at South Point Plaza in Fredericksburg, VA! Tisha is a member of the local Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and North Stafford Rotary Club where she correctly serves on the board as their secretary. She also serves on the board of Stafford Junction as secretary. She was named 2017 Rotarian of the Year.Her compassion for others and love for children has been a cornerstone of her success. With a desire to infuse love in the community she welcomes you to dine with her at Orleans Bistro and Grill!

    A nice place .. menu has a wide variety, front staff welcoming, service attentive, food was very good. Grilled salmon on top of spinach was great, burger tasty! Thank you! We will be back !

    The staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Our server was perfectly attentive and knowledgeable. From start to finish, the food was delicious. We love the atmosphere, it has a high-end speakeasy vibe. So glad we have this restaurant option in Fredericksburg!

    My boyfriend and I came her for our one-year anniversary dinner, and it was phenomenal. We had our first date here and it was just as good as the first time we came. We started our night with some drinks and an app at Cheekys, their bar next door, and then came over for dinner and some more drinks. Highly recommend going to both especially in the same night as the service, drinks, and food is wonderful at both! I mentioned on our reservation that it was our anniversary, and they had a card signed by the whole staff for us as a keepsake! We ended up getting the "cheeky's burgers" for dinner with the potato wedges and they were delicious, very juicy and flavorful! To drink with dinner I had "the Karen" which was sweet and refreshing and my boyfriend had the "glazed and confused" which he loved. We finished the night out with some of their amazing espresso martinis. If you're looking for a fun date night, anniversary dinner, or just a place to get great food and drinks definitely check out Caseys!
