Aviles Restaurant is located inside the Hilton Bayfront in downtown Saint Augustine and is open for breakfast and dinner daily with an attached Coffee Shop that serves Starbucks branded Coffee items and a Banquet facility that accommodates up to 90 people with a Boardroom for meetings up to 10 people. The menu is composed of unique twists on traditional dishes found in Spain, France, the Mediterranean and Caribbean regions. Start off the day with a Continental Breakfast or mix and match from items such as French toast, bacon, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and fresh fruit.     Enjoyed birthday dinner, starting with delicious Montenegro meatballs(great sauce) and tuna tartare(good balance). Perfect whiskey sours. We liked the duck pappardelle and pasta alla vodka as comfort food. Nice chocolate mouse cake for birthday, good crust. Good service from Ashley and beautiful Xmas decorations. Cute hats to take home, fun idea.

    Time after time this remains my favorite restaurant in Saint Augustine. Food and service are always excellent and they make me an earthy martini that is better than anywhere else I’ve been in the world to date.

    We had an awesome girls night out!!! The variety of food for all tastes was perfect, and the cocktails are made to perfection!! Management was present and all of the staff were so helpful and attentive

    We booked this spot for Nights of Lights and I’m so glad we did! Not only is it in the heart of downtown but they offer parking which is impossible to find during this event. The valet even guided us out of their lot in a sea of people that clearly had no idea what a car on the road meant. The staff was courteous and attentive. The bucatini and short ribs were AMAZING. We left just before we had a chance to enjoy the music. This place is small so I’m glad we had a reservation. We will definitely be coming back here.
