I love this restaurant. Great food and service. It is my go to place in The Loop.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kindling, located in the iconic Willis Tower in Chicago. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The service throughout my visit was exceptional; the staff were both friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was promptly met. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the Italian beef. While it is on the pricier side, it is worth every penny. The beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, making it the standout item on the menu. It did not disappoint and lived up to its reputation as the best dish offered. Overall, my experience at Kindling was delightful. The combination of excellent service and outstanding food makes it a must-visit for anyone in the area. I highly recommend trying the Italian beef if you find yourself at Kindling in the Willis Tower.

Very nice restaurant but service was a bit slow. The Neptune's Pillows are fantastic. Also enjoyed the Lobster Roll. Great place in the Loop for a date or business dinner.

Overall the experience was wonderful. The place is clean and beautiful. The food was very good. We did the tasting menu. The food came out way too fast. At one point they delivered three dishes at the same time. One was hot, another had a foam… so both required timely consumption. If I am paying for an expensive tasting menu, time the food delivery. Dishes were mostly on the saltier side, which made us thirsty, but our water glasses remained empty many times despite otherwise good service.

The absolutely best meal of my life. A symphony! A genuine work of art. Every note true. Every bite better and different than the one before. All enhanced by service that was warm, genuine, knowledgeable, and felt entirely personal, like they had no place they wanted to be other than making our dining experience the best it could be. I was buzzing, my brain fizzing with delight all the way back to the hotel and then some. I can’t wait to come back to Chicago to see what these gastronomic magic makers come up with next!
