A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience at The Palm I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Palm, and I must say, it was an experience I won't forget. From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance was welcoming and elegant—perfectly balancing a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable. Our server guided us through the menu with expert recommendations, ensuring we had the best experience possible. The Palm has certainly mastered the art of fine dining, with every dish crafted to perfection. Food was good not great, service was very good, but it was very noisy in the indoor part of the restaurant. And there was also music playing which made it hard to hear other people at our own table of 4. If you wear hearing aids communication would be close to a lost cause.

The food, service and atmosphere were all first rate, but the restaurant was relatively full and the noise level made it difficult to hear quiet conversation so we had to speak up at our table of four 

We had a lovely waitress/server who came from Peru. She was awesome. Very helpful as this was our first time having Peruvian cuisine. She recommended the ceviche sampler. All were delicious. My husband had the chicken stew (Wonderful). I had the arroz con Marisco which was loaded with mussels, shrimp and squid. Both dishes were excellent. Then for dessert who tried the Suspiro. A lovely dulce de leche custard topped with meringue and a guava syrup. Lovely. Rich.

We like exploring tapas restaurants since we don’t have one near us at home. My only concern was not seeing any listing under the “chef’s selection “ pre fixe menu. We still ordered it and enjoyed most of it, but we didn’t know everything we were served and had no idea what was coming next.
