Our dining experience showcases the artistry and skill of the Hillbrook culinary team. We partner with local farmers and regional purveyors who share our philosophy to create a menu that showcases our passion for food. Our extended Wine cellar holds approximately 200 varietals. An amazing beer and spirits-menu is available in our Bullskin Tavern with seasonal specialty cocktails created by our mixologist and sommelier, Sarah Rhinehart. Our restaurant's atmosphere is what we would call casual elegance. On our main floor, we have a full dining room, bar, and we call this our "wine bar". The wine bar also has front porch and back patio seating as well. Our wine list has over 100 wines from various regions. We offer multiple bottled wines and a phenomenal selection by the glass as well. Our basement, or as we all know it the pub, has 12 beers on draft, an extensive liquor selection, and a very inviting and comforting atmosphere. Both floors offer the same supper menu, with the exception of the happy hour menu. That is only served in the pub Tuesday-Friday from 4-6. Our third floor is used for overflow seating and private events. Our motto is that when you're here, you're home, and we strive to meet that with every guest. Very quaint. We got the tasting menu. It was great. Multiple very creative dishes. Our wait staff was charming. The dining rooms were beautifully decorated for Christmas.

It’s been a few years since we dined here, so was curious to see if the food was still as good as we remember. It was!! The menu had enough to choose from, but there were still daily specials offered. Chose one of them—the Halibut—and wasn’t disappointed. The local Sauvignon Gris was a nice match and the desert martinis were delicious pared with the local graham cracker crust ice cream garnished with a Snickerdoodle. Cozy Christmas decor adds to the charm of this chic rustic establishment. Don’t miss it!
