Our Outside Patio is Enclosed and Heated for your Dining Enjoyment. During Summer Months our Outdoor Open-Air patio provide relaxed casual dining six day a week.If you have a special request or questions regarding seating please call us at 330-899-9200.All reservations will be held for 10 minutes past your reserved time.     You pay for what you get and we all felt it was fabulous! Used to frequent the restaurant and for no reason we just stopped driving from North Canton. Ken Stewart’s is on the list moving forward.

    I chose Gervasi for my birthday celebration. I love the ambiance and the food is ALWAYS excellent. I chose gluten free pasta. My husband had the Italian Chicken Pomodoro and his meal won the prize. My daughters ordered steak and Chicken Piccata. The wine was delicious, the pace relaxed and the view of the snow and Christmas lights reflecting in the windows made for an excellent evening. Our server Benjamin was attentive and helpful. Gervasi Bistro never fails to impress.

    We enjoyed our dinner last night. The food was delicious as usual. The NY Strip and Prime Rib were outstanding. The service was top-notch. Our waiter, Steven, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. For dessert, Steven suggested the Peanut butter bomb. It was the bomb. We sat in the bar at a high top. The ambiance was very energetic. The Christmas decorations were very nice. See you again soon. Thanks, Shelli Picciano
