This is the third time I have had the pleasure to dine at BLEU - and honestly the food and service gets better every time! Ahi Tuna and Salmon were amazing - cooked exactly the way we asked. Our waiter (and restaurant manager) were beyond attentive. I can honestly say I have never had better service at any restaurant. BLEU will continue to be a favorite! Thank you for making our holiday meal with our Mother extra special!!!

This place is so special for my daughter and me. We try to get to Rooster’s as a treat on school breaks, girls day out’s and other celebratory moments. The hostess is always so welcoming and kind. She is one of the reasons we love the place so much. The food and drinks are outstanding as well.

Service was exceptional! Meatloaf was delicious. Shrimp appetizer was yummy as were the fried pickles. Others at our tanks enjoyed the grouper, oyster BLT salad, lamb loin and pot roast. Everyone LOVED their meal!
