Skull Creek Dockside Restaurant, dropped its anchor in the Fall of 2017 and forever changed the culinary landscape of the Lowcountry. In early 2017 the partners of the restaurant began to transform it into their vision for Hilton Head's newest waterfront dining destination. This restaurant, which resembles an old-style river house, is full of authentic architecture, reclaimed wood, and nautical accents that leave you feeling like you've stepped into a Melville novel. Food was excellent. Being a slow time of the year we were still very pleased with our server, Delaney (not 100%sure if I got it correct) great service, food was excellent atmosphere perfect. We were visiting with our granddaughter and spouse and they loved everything ! Thx

Fabulous experience. Typically I am reluctant to order steak when dining out but have no regrets here. The Tenderloin was a CB perfect medium rare and and a great cut of meat. Portions were reasonable and the service was great. We will be back for sure.

My husband ordered the duck & he said his was cooked perfectly - medium rare. The scalloped potatoes & veggies (green beans & carrots) were also delicious. He cleaned his plate. I had the smoked salmon appetizer which was good, not much different than what can be found in Costco or ordering online - it came with a lovely horseradish & dill sauce. I also had the crab, avocado appetizer which was more interesting. We had an early reservation which is what I prefer to eating later, but there were people waiting by the time we left around 6:30.
