Ssamjang is a traditional dipping sauce made from soybean paste and red pepper paste. It is slightly sweet and intensely savory. Amazing time as always. I had lunch with my cousins during the 1 year anniversary. It was ayce. Waiter was pretty slow bringing meats out but we def ate a lot . Drinks was good. Ambience was perfect.
