Welcome to The Phoenician Steakhouse in Phoenicia NY! We pride ourselves in being one of the top steakhouses in the Hudson Valley, we age our meat in house, and get fresh seafood straight from NYC twice a week and have a great selection of craft beer and an extensive wine list. PLEASE NOTE reservations are required on weekends and holidays. We do require a credit card when booking for groups 5 and larger.Our seasonal outdoor dining is now open. We recommend bringing a sweater for the evenings in the Catskills tend to get a little cool and we do not always have the ability to move folks inside on weekends. Please let us know your seating preference when making your reservation, we will do our best to try and accommodate you.We do not allow pets.

The building is a fine example of Early American Dutch rubble architecture featuring wide planked random width board floors, a fire place in each of the main rooms and many small multi-level rooms.The Hoffman House is located at the corner of the historic Stockade district in Kingston NY, and once served as fortification and a lookout.     Beautiful campus, architecture and culinary history surround you as you enter. The staff are culinary students who are genuine and professional throughout the evening. The service is top notch, friendly and timely. The meal was excellent highlighted by the most remarkable Parker House and Chibata rolls baked fresh on site. Highly recommend!

    Arrived on time for our reservation, greeted warmly and seated promptly. Service, as always, was warm prompt efficient without being intrusive. Menu is always fantastic with great specials and offerings. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, all wonderfully done, fantastic wine list, cocktails well balanced and flavorful. Overall; another wonderful experience, which is why we continue to visit this restaurant often. Already looking forward to the next experience.

    This is our special occasion place, 2 or 3 times a year..never disappoints! There is no better restaurant within 40 miles. I enjoy the ambiance, the wonderful staff, and especially the quality, preparation, presentation and taste of the food. Tonight Kristen was our server and she was delightful. Highly recommended
