Henry’s End is a Brooklyn Heights neighborhood institution known for our inviting atmosphere, seasonal menus, award winning wine list and friendly service. It’s the type of place you can bring your first date, family or friend to share a special evening. Henry’s End is all about seasonality and sourcing top quality products. We seek superior suppliers such as The Broken Arrow Ranch, Satur Farms, and Hudson Valley Farms, as well as the local farmer’s markets. We have been acknowledged for our food by Zagat (which stated “This is why they built the Brooklyn Bridge”), Gourmet, Bon Appetit, and many others. Our wine program has received the Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence”. The staff has hosted a dinner at the prestigious James Beard House. We have outdoor covered and heated dining and are happy to offer all of our options for take-out.

Elephant District brings the flavors of Bangkok's riverside street food to Dumbo. Led by Executive Chef Ekapol “Top” Aranyawikul, our menu features Krapow Moo Krob, stir-fried crispy pork belly with Thai basil, chili, and garlic, inspired by his mother's recipe. Try our Brooklyn Bridge Pad Thai with jumbo prawns. Our seafood options include Yum Pla Krob, crispy tuna with mango, tomato, peanuts, and chili lime dressing; Choo Chee Pla, fried branzino in Southern Thai coconut red curry; Khao Soi Pu Nim, soft shell crab in Northern curry with egg noodles; and Khao Pad Tom Yum Talay, tangy seafood fried rice with prawn, mussels, and squid. Named after Tha Chang Wang Luang, the Elephant Pier on the Chao Praya River, our location near Fulton Ferry evokes the setting where boats cross from Bangkok’s Grand Palace to Wat Arun temple. The Odeon offers reservations for indoor and outdoor dining for parties up to 6 guests. Walk-Ins are welcome. Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked.     As always, wonderful experience. We dined on a combination of specials and standard menu items. All are highly unique and were prepared with care and attention the ingredients deserved. Service was top-notch. +++Bartender prepares a mean Sazerac!

    The River Cafe is probably the most beautiful and maybe the best restaurant in NYC. The views are stunning and the service without comparison. We had the vegetarian menu which was varied and delicious . There were a number complimentary “ gifts” from the chef in addition to the amuse bouche . The bread was excellent, beet salad was prepared table side , I had the truffle risotto and my companion the simple pasta dish which was also delicious . We both had the signature dessert - the Brooklyn bridge . I can recommend this restaurant highly . It’s expensive but worth every cent.
