Just minutes from downtown Jacksonville, we offer the freshest selections of seafood in creative recipes, including a large variety of specialty oysters, great steaks, fresh catch, and nightly specials. Light plate options available for the smaller appetite. Jacksonville's best Happy Hour 3-6:30pm daily. Al fresco dining available on our patios.. Our wine list is quite affordable with over 60 wines by the glass. We have two full bars with a late-night upstairs club. We are upscale casual and perfect for business or casual dinners, with friends, family or date night. Full banquet facilities available including private dining rooms that seat up to 70.

    I took my mother here to celebrate her recent retirement. The staff did such a great job of recognizing her important milestone and did so much to make the moment really special. And the food was absolutely amazing. Every thing we had was extremely well prepared and tasted incredible.

    The seafood was well taken care of and the oysters specifically were meticulously clean. The waiter did an excellent job presenting all of the options in an easy to understand manner. I appreciated the guidance since there were so many options and his recommendations were absolutely perfect. Everything was cooked the way we asked and the cocktails were great too. Shoutout to the fastest bartending staff in Jax. Those drinks came out so fast. Bring your wallet, but city grille is among the top 3 restaurants in jacksonville. PS - plenty of non-seafood options so go ahead and bring that person who hates seafood.

    Amazing food and outstanding service! I’m absolutely delighted with the experience—from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was beyond excellent, truly left me speechless. Everything we ordered was delicious. As starters, we had the “CURED + AGED” and the grilled cheese, both incredible. For entrees, we chose the filet mignon and pasta—every bite was perfect. They also have a great selection of wines to complement the meal. Highly recommend this place!
