Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were sat immediately for our 6:30 Christmas night reservation. Oyster sampler appetizer was fresh and tasty served with horseradish, mignonette,and cocktail sauce. Generous crab stuffing on grilled shrimp for me and delicious lobster sauce on the lobster stuffed sea bass special for my husband. Beautifully decorated for the holidays with a photo worthy waterfall in their side room. Our server did not rush us and was perfectly attentive. Overall we had a lovely dinner and will definitely be back

    Our family decided to try Eddie V’s in Paramus for Christmas Eve. Best decision! It was excellent service, delicious food and a festive atmosphere. We will be visiting again! A special shout out to Jaime for her excellent service!

    The whole experience was incredible! The fantastic staff was so welcoming. Our server Tlijah was very attentive and very personable! The managing partner George even stopped by and was very friendly! The food was fantastic! The whole team made this a wonderful experience we will definitely be back!

    We had the most amazing night here! The bar was packed (as it deserves to be) and our bartender/server Chris was so great. He was doing a lot alone and was so quick and kind. Could not recommend this place more!! And if you have Chris you are in great hands!
