Since 2018, we welcome Chef Philip Guardione and his Sicilian kitchen, Piccola Cucina. Philip cooks authentic Sicilian food which is an amalgam of Italian cuisine influenced by all the cultures that found Sicily as their crossroads. Simple, fresh ingredients authentically prepared suit the local environment of Red Lodge. At Ox Pasture X Piccola Cucina, we are at the heart of Red Lodge’s artisan food scene, the locally raised world class beef is featured alongside produce and herbs raised in area farms. We work directly with the local farmers and ranchers to obtain the freshest and most seasonally appropriate ingredients.

From sunrise to sunset, guests of Sage Lodge visit The Fireside Room to relax and enjoy food and drinks in a truly spectacular setting that is quintessentially Montana. A very comfortable combination of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are situated against the stunning backdrop of the Paradise Valley and complemented by the comforting crackle of a wood-burning fire, a casual Montana restaurant experience. Reservations for dinner are required, and always welcomed for other meals. Please note, dinner reservations during summer months are in high demand. The Grill is our version of a contemporary steakhouse reimagined highlighting the very best of the finest ingredients hailing out of the Rocky Mountain region through modern technique and innovative comfort. Guests will enjoy our beautiful views of the Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley, while immersed into a service experience that is approachable, yet refined. We currently serve dinner Wednesday-Sunday from 4:30pm-9pm. The Grill is happy to accommodate parties up to 15 people.
