In the heart of downtown Healdsburg, one of the country’s most accomplished chefs Kyle Connaughton, along with farmer and wife Katina Connaughton, host guests at SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn, a 55-seat fine dining restaurant with five exclusive suites above the restaurant. The farm, located on 24 acres in the historic Dry Creek Valley, supplies vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers and honey, to their restaurant. Guests of the restaurant are treated to a 10-course tasting menu, showcasing the seasonal bounty from the couple’s farm. SingleThread provides guests a bespoke hospitality experience in the center of Sonoma Wine Country.

We accept reservations daily. Join us for a meal or a snack at one of our three bars, a table inside or on the heated patio. Located just north of the town square in downtown Healdsburg, the East Coast and South America meet Wine Country at Willi’s Sea­food & Raw Bar. The inviting vibrant decor and an exten­sive list of small plates combine with the eclectic seasonal cocktail menu and wide-ranging wine list to make visitors feel right at home. At The Matheson's third floor, adventurous cocktails are crafted from innovative spirits and seasonal fruits, flowers, and herbs. The Mugnaini wood-fired oven kindles small plates that spark the palate (and conversations). Outdoor, open-air seating amidst planters and fire-pits elevate our buzzing garden perch.     Gluten free, bountiful, great meal. We enjoyed a Xmas Eve lunch with a celiac family member. We loved the GF menu. Started with salad and potato and Brussels sprouts and then scallops and flank steak and dessert. A wonderful small-plate experience with incredible service and incredible flavors. We loooved this restaurant.

    Coquille St Jacques, beef Bourgogne, and duck Boudin cassoulet are dynamite. Crème brûlée prepared perfectly—good crack. Well attended too and no rush dining. French 75 cocktail was perfect! Only suggestion would be a scotch whiskey for the older crowd like a Johnnie Walker red. Not everyone likes a bourbon Manhattan.

    Walked around the cozy, picturesque town of Healdsburg prior to our reservation. When we walked in the front door, they greeted up by name, took our coats and offered a delicious warm tea from the kitchen window. We next walked into the dining room and felt like we’d stepped into a beautiful restaurant in Japan. The table was already decorated and prepared with the first bites, arranged on miniature rock garden. Each dish, each course was fantastic. From the immaculate presentation, to the ingredients, the taste. It was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. And only when we were leaving, did I find out that it’s also a hotel, where you can stay in Healdsburg, not only for their dinner rezzies but also for breakfast delivered to your room. I’d totally forgotten about that part. It was all amazing.
