Glass and Vine is a true representation of South Florida's local ingredients. The restaurant spins a contemporary take on American cuisine & serves up handmade signature cocktails, regional craft beers, & an eclectic wine menu. SAFETY MEASURES:- Prior to opening our restaurant went through professional deep cleaning and was treated with disinfectants and sanitation sprays- The dining room has been reconfigured to keep tables 6ft. apart- Team members are using masks & gloves at all times- All table tops, menus, surfaces, plates, glassware, & utensils are disinfected and sanitized after each use- Team members are adhering to strict hand washing standards- Several sanitation stations are available for guests to access hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and paper towels- Team members' temperatures are being taken prior to starting their shift and sent home if the temperature reads above 100

We do offer lounge tables for drinks only after 10:30pm, however the bar area is open from 5pm until late should you wish to come sooner. Seating prior to 10:30 is reserved for dinner service only. Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata.     Amal in Coconut Grove is an absolute gem! From start to finish, the dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was a masterpiece—the branzino was perfectly cooked, the Rakakat with truffles was rich and flavorful, and the fried mozzarella with pistachio and honey drizzle was simply divine. The hummus was silky smooth and packed with flavor, making it the perfect start to an unforgettable meal. Beyond the incredible food, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and truly elevated the experience. Amal is a must-visit for anyone looking for top-tier Mediterranean cuisine in a beautiful setting. Can’t wait to return!

    Overall we had a great brunch that lasted about 4 hours. The cocktails were amazing (the guava with mezcal at the top suggested by our waiter George). The food we ordered was delicious cooked to perfection and we enjoyed everything that George our waiter recommended. We will definitely go back and told our friends and family about it. The service was impeccable just like the food! George was awesome 💗
