Step inside Il Fornaio and take a culinary journey through Italy. Early mornings bring rustic, crisp crusted bread hot from the oven accompanied by the scent of fresh brewed espresso. Bottles of wine from small, regional wineries are uncorked to complement the dishes, which have been crafted in the custom of Italy's chefs, bakers and homemakers. Il Fornaio means "the Baker" in Italian. This award-winning restaurant offers an authentic and unique Italian dining experience.     The wait staff was a little late clearing wine glasses and plates & in offering bread - for a party of 4 and we were there at 4 pm opening. There was no lemon or sauces on the shrimp, scallops & fish dish. Expected better for $250…

    The food was fantastic! We had a party of 10 and everyone said their plate was excellent. We tried the lava cake at the end, very good! The service was on point, a lot of people checking in on us. We’ll be back soon.

    Fun place! Food was just ok. Appetizer boneless chicken wings tasted like McNuggets and there were only six scrawny (about an inch round) pieces. Celery, carrot and lettuce accompaniments were sad and old looking. We ordered burgers-my table mate got the Stinky burger and asked that the bacon be extra crispy. It was almost raw. Can’t believe she didn’t send it back. I ordered the mushroom burger-great burger, but the onion rings I upgraded to were definitely out of a frozen bag. Mocktails were very good.
