Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Really great night at Cooper’s Hawk celebrating a birthday! We were able to get seated early for our reservation and had wonderful service the entire night. Great wine flights, had the meatball app and the food was wonderful! It’s a yearly tradition and will continue to be. Also got a nice birthday treat!

    Perhaps the best Happy Hour I have ever had, definitely in the top three. Our server, Hannah, and the rest of the staff at Ocean Prime KC were amazing. Phenomenal drink specials: Berries and Bubbles is my wife's favorite. I had the Reposoado Paper Plane and several Yuzu Sours. I highly recommend them. The happy hour food specials are amazing, whatever you order. Of particular note, the Smoked Gouda Tater Tots are amazeballs, as is the Hamachi Crudo.

    Always such a good time. Great atmosphere, great food and great drinks. My husband recently found out he’s gluten intolerant and they have a lot of gluten free options noted on the menu. Our server was great at answering any questions we had. The “D” Cup cocktail was yummy and definitely would get again. We tried the steak tartare and a couple rolls to start and all were fantastic. Too many good entrees to list that we like but you can’t go wrong with any. This is a restaurant we will continue to visit every year over Christmas when in town!

    Great drinks and quick service. Waitress was attentive. High price point compared to other cocktail bars around town, but still worth it. Only real knock is they seated us 15 minutes past our reservation time.
