The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the pairing of flavors was both innovative and harmonious. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening even more enjoyable. My wife and I were regulars at Mantra before we moved away from NJ four years ago. We had one night back in the area and there was just one restaurant we wanted to experience again. Happily, the food at Mantra was as excellent as ever!!!

Cho Dang House does not offer “Korean BBQ.” Instead, it focuses on stews and soups that feature meat or fish as part of the dish rather than the main attraction. It felt like I was at somebody’s mother's house, where meals are made using the same ingredients that mothers have used and perfected as a dish over years of cooking for their families, seasoned beautifully, and with a lot of love. You can tell by the people eating that this was their go-to spot. The restaurant's intimate setting (read small) is calm and relaxed. My colleague and I had a wonderful experience.
