We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy.     We were there for our annual Family Christmas dinner. It was our first time at Chop Steakhouse and it was amazing, our server Mal was fantastic and the food was A++. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

    Our first time at Major Tom and it met all expectations! Once you walk into the restaurant, you are immediately met with stunning views of the city (40th floor) as you look west as you walk into the restaurant, after the stunning views, the beautiful decor of the restaurant will be the next thing to take your breath away. The staff is incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and very helpful. And then there's the food - my wife and I both had the striploin Wagu (first time for the both of us) and it was out of this world. Not only was it the best meal we've ever had, so was the dinning experience! To the staff at Major Tom, Both my wife and I thank you for a beautiful night. Spencer & Jocelyn
