Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. As my son from Portland, Oregon, and my daughter up from college, I took them to bistro 11. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here and my son always likes to try new places. The ambience of the restaurant was nice. We had our dinner at 6:45 PM. We had some cocktails and appetizer in our food. All was very very good. The waitress we had was superb and couldn’t ask for a better evening with my family. I would rate this 4.5 out of five stars

Beautiful restaurant and, overall, and excellent experience. We loved the fried chicken liver and crabcake appetizers. The prime rib was also great as was the broccolini and mac & cheese roast chicken was good but a bit too salty. Service needs some work – we were greeted and told to have a seat, but there were no seats available and nobody invited us to the bar. They then lost our reservation, which I had to then find on my phone. We seated without menus, and we’re never offered any bread.

The meatball sub was not as tasty as I had hoped. The shrimp appetizer was excellent. The beef barley soup has scant amount of barley.
