This relaxed restaurant, a short stroll away from the mansion house, is arustic space featuring an upstairs bar and a wall of windows overlookingits own alfresco terrace. The kitchen dishes up brasserie-style food inbuzzy surroundings – think sharing platters, burgers and steaks – toppedoff with classic British desserts. The informal atmosphere with charminglyquirky decor (note the ‘chandeliers’ made of copper saucepans) encapsulatethe laid-back, convivial feel of Coworth Park.

Adam’s take on a traditional British pub, The Loch & the Tyne is open 5 days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday.     We hadn’t been to this restaurant for a couple of yeas so had not experienced it under new ownership. We booked online and added the note asking if it was for a special occasion. It was and for my wife’s birthday, what an experience. As we entered the restaurant and confirmed our name, my wife was immediately greeted with a happy birthday and it went on, wow customer service 150%. The food was a picture, and the flavors exceeded our expectations. This is a high-quality restaurant with a bar, not a pub that serves food to the masses. First class and thank you to those who work front and back of house and made our night memorable.

    Love piccolinos and always a first choice for my friends and I to meet up .. with the recent updated seating and bar it looks retro - beautiful !! Food And service is amazing as always … hopefully once the windows are in it will be a little warmer in the future …

    We had an amazing visit - service was impeccable from start to finish, the food was outstanding, and the visit to the cheese room was the icing on the cake. Really good value for money considering the quality of the food and the service, we'll definitely be returning

    Everything about the evening was utterly faultless and it’s not often I’d say that about somewhere. The setting, service, food, drink just everything was incredible and considering the extremely high quality of food and drink it was surprisingly really good value for money. Cannot recommend The Barn highly enough!!
