Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi.     Our server was absolutely outstanding, courteous, knowledgeable, polite. Perfect night to go on a date night. It was quiet, relaxing food as always was spectacular.

    Such a great place for dinner! Third time in a month I’ve been there and it’s been fantastic each time. Their appetizers are all unbelievable. We usually get the tuna tartar, octopus, beet salad. You can’t go wrong with any of these choices. The entrees are always as fresh as can be. The bronzino is absolutely the best, I order it ever time we go and never disappointed!! Service is impeccable, the staff is always on top of things. Desserts are also amazing!! The only gripe is it would be great if it was a bigger place and they need an espresso machine!! But, this will NOT change my 5 star review. Will absolutely be back here again!!
