Set in the 'Garden Village' at Tankardstown, Brabazon Restaurant has become a true destination for diners and lives long in the memory of all who visit. Head Chef János Sárközi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is derived from the estates own kitchen garden and polytunnels. A la carte and Tasting menu for lunch can be enjoyed Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm, and for dinner Thursday to Sunday. We had lovely time on Christmas Eve.Restaurant looks great with xmas lights and staff does excellent job dealing with big crowd. Food was delicious with no long waiting even though place was busy.We enjoyed every minute.thank you and happy christmas to all members of staff.
