Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.

Dragon Distillery and Dragon's Den - Frederick's first distillery and Frederick's premier craft cocktail experience!Dragon Distillery is a medieval/fantasy themed distillery, with a spirit portfolio of over 20 spirits - including a variety of whiskeys, vodkas, gins, rums, and moonshines.Our craft cocktail lounge has both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) seating. Manalu is a new authentic Italian restaurant by Chef/Owner Marco Pontecorvo. The name was to combine all three of his family members names. MA for Marco, NA for Naomi, his daughter, and LU for Lucia, his wife. Manalu's goal is to bring a taste of Italy and a touch of Naples in the town, by serving authentic Italian cuisine and the original pizza Napoletana cooked in a brick oven.     Showroom is always a hit! We enjoyed a family brunch with some great pineapple mimosas and food. Def try the Chicken & The Egg! They also have one of the best shrimp & grits you’ll have Frederick. Make sure to try their cheddar chive biscuits.

    A perfect dinner at Monocacy Crossing. There were 6 in our party and every dish was amazing. Josie is the best server and she makes great recommendations and is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely try the White Christmas Margarita and the Loup de Mer which is a fluffy white fish with jasmine rice and a delicious sauce! The chef and staff are top notch!

    Another wonderful night of food from the FCC culinary arts students. All the food was great tasting and very pretty and the service was always great. Always love helping the FCC program that I graduated from many years ago.

    The Martini and Hot Cocoa Flights were amazing!! As always the staff was attentive, pleasant and just FUN to be around! My wife and I had a great time at Dragon, can’t recommend it enough to everyone!! Go and enjoy the Holiday/winter themed cocktails and hot, delicious food!!
