The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto.     Booked our table in advance and requested a quiet area, we got one of the best tables in the house, conducive to a long catch up. The service was attentive and friends with great suggestions for selecting dishes. We shared the daily vegetable appetizer, consisting of 4 veg prepared in different ways. Main dishes were gnocchi, spaghetti with bolognese and daily fish special. Finished off with a small chocolate truffle each. All were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. Cafe Brio is a staple in the Victoria dining scene for a reason, its consistently excellent.

    Glo is a classy restaurant and we always enjoy our experience there. Today my partner had a flatbread and I ate a turkey club. We were both very happy with our meal and the service.

    Great as always. Amazing service. They were very accommodating for modifying the dish for no dairy..even suggesting an alternate sauce etc. Incredible. Really put us first. I had the sablefish…absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. We were told that we had the table for two hours but even though we were over…no one rushed us. Outstanding. Thank you!!!
