After a week of Tapas... we decided to get some Italian... this wass Italian with a Spanish flair... we did the pasta with mushroom, truffle, and poached egg.. and the Diavola pizza both were very good.. the pizza would have been better with a crisp on the crust.. but the flavor and chew were good.... the pasta was perfectly al dente..

Zeitaku is an outstanding experience. One of the best, most innovative, Japanese meals ever had. Also exceptional service - menu created for us, with the chef and servers explaining each dish - and how best to eat them. The service is a lovely combination of both “special care” and being informal and relaxed, with the chef and the servers able to speak both English and Spanish. Amazing. This restaurant deserves to really succeed.
