Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria is the perfect atmosphere – whether it be a business lunch, date night, a large family celebration, or corporate event.     Noko was fantastic and our waiter Mitch was the man. Really appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail on our entire experience. It was our first time and we will definitely be coming back. My wife and I guy 7 different dishes and Mitch gifted us one he didn’t want us to miss out on. Best of the Best: Tuna Crispy Rice, Lobster Bao Buns, Korean Hot Wings, Brussels Good: Burrata - maybe a little too sweet with the jam. Not our favs: bone marrow, crab fried rice Overall this experience was awesome and the entire menu sounded fire. Great date night spot!

    I absolutely adore this spot! Definitely an underrated place for dinner. The food is fantastic, the sharing experience is collaborative sparking conversation, the interior is intimate and cozy, and the service is kind and helpful. The Christmas decorations really added a cozy and wonderful aspect to the entire dinner. This is not my first time as it is hard to not want to come back. My favorite dishes are the croquettes, garlic bread and the radiatori vodka. 10/10! My one slight disappointment would be in the inability to split the check. Otherwise fantastic!

    Hands down one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was perfect. It is decorated for Christmas and is beautiful done! Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it.

    Overall this Red lobster was very good! I think for the most part people have forgotten about it! It need some minor updates but for the most part it was great and the food was phenomenal! Thank you!
