Located in the Deep Ellum neighborhood, Komodo Dallas features an ultra-contemporary exterior facade that gives way to an inviting indoor-outdoor flow. The restaurant takes visual cues from its homebase, including Komodo’s signature illuminated “bamboo” cutout columns and duck display windows. From there, pops of saturated color are added, such as with the lounge’s eye-catching wallpaper and a dramatic fabric-draped corridor. Komodo Dallas spans two stories and seats up to 274 diners across tabletop, booth and bar seats.Komodo Dallas’ menu offers delicious takes on Southeast Asian dishes, all of which have been developed and interpreted with a global approach. The result is a unique dining experience, ranging from regularly rotating specials to house favorites such as Salmon Tacos, Miso Chilean Seabass Skewers, Peking Duck, and Daring Plant Based Kung Pao Chicken.     I arrived late for my reservation but, was still accommodated. The music was not so loud that you could not have a conversation. Our server David was great. The overall customer service was a 10/10. The food was soooo delicious. I ordered catfish, lobster Mac n cheese & okra. My friend ordered greens & they were really good. I’m new to Dallas & will definitely bring every visitor here.

    I enjoyed my experience at Komodo The cocktails are 10/10 I had the ginger passion fruit mule , very refreshing My husband had the lychee temptation and he enjoyed it as well . For appetizer we had Shrimp Tempura and Wagyu steak dumplings, they were absolutely delicious. Main course : My husband ordered the Wagyu Tomahawk steak with surf and turf fried rice. I didn’t care too much for the service b/c they do get very busy and our waiter forgot a couple of things but in return we were given free Komodo shots which were so good , I also forgot to mention they gave us complimentary champagne ( we were celebrating our wedding anniversary) Will I return ? Absolutely !

    Excellent food, cocktails, and service. Our server, David, took into consideration food allergies, including checking with chef and that was much appreciated.
