We really should try other dishes, but we love this one so much. They did change the rice from cauliflower rice to regular rice. I prefer the cauliflower rice because it is a little healthier, but still a great dish with the crispy rice. The margaritas are also excellent. The waitress was excellent...I think her name was Sharon. The lettuce is so fresh the dressing is remarkable, so lemony and light. The trout and salmon are excellent the horn mushroom appetizer is wonderful and different.
