First class experience. Not rushed but server was very busy. She didn’t keep an eye on the table as you would expect and seemed to spend a lot of time poking at the computer in frustration. It was a very nice night, in a beautiful setting. Definitely recommend.

It was our 1st visit for the Prime Rib Buffet. The medium rare Prime Rib was overcooked in the center and was very dry. The selection of sides was elegant and tasty. Desserts were delicious with a nice selection. We enjoyed our experience at the Mojave overall ( despite the overcooked prime rib which was medium-well, not medium-rare) The 2 options available with the prime rib: 1) well done- and it certainly was fully cooked 2) medium rare- which it was not, it was overcooked to medium well We will try the Mojave again as this may have been an off day for the cooks
