Two others in our party had the carbonara which was authentically made, not runny, full of flavour. We had multiple appetizers, but most favourite were the scallops. The beignets at the end of the night were a great way to top it off. From our coats being checked to our prompt payment being taken, each step of our evening was thoughtful and effortless. Service was unobtrusive but precise with plates and cutlery being switched and wine and cocktails constantly flowing. The scallop dish was my star of the evening with a beautiful balance of rich flavours. It is so wonderful to see the menu change by season.
