Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only. We had an amazing experience. We were outside at one of the greenhouses. It was toasty, and the food was great and came out fast. The people who were our servers were very attentive.

My wife & I always book The Keep when we come downtown for a show at the Palace Theatre because it’s so convenient: parking easy, solid dining experience, and right next to the Theatre. Greg our server who has taken good care of us many times before did a nice juggling between tables on an extremely busy night. The Chef and his team did a nice job serving up hot our tasty meals too. We’ll be back!

The food was great! We had a long wait as they had a huge party prior to our arrival but our server was awesome. It was my husband's birthday so because of the wait they up graded a desert for him!!
