Dinh Cau Temple​附近的餐廳

We had a lovely dinner at Lava — the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. The meal started off really well: the starters were creative and full of flavour, and the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare — juicy and tender. Both the lobster soup and green pea soup were fresh and comforting, exactly what we hoped for. Dessert was where things fell a little short. The Yogurt Meringue didn’t have the crunchy texture we expected, and more surprisingly, the plating didn’t match what we saw on the menu or social media — we had been really looking forward to that visual presentation, so it was a bit of a letdown. The Sim sorbet was quite sweet on its own — we think it would’ve been much better with a touch of lime juice or paired with another tart sorbet for balance. Still, it was a solid dining experience overall, and we’d definitely go back — especially for that steak and the service!

Great service, music, drink (the cocktail I had in the chest was very impressive), view and mood. Simply perfect, and it gave us one of the most memorable night. Thank you so much 💕
