Excellent service. The last time we were here the filet was perfect. This time it was sub-par - 1st time not satisfied with a meat order here. Smokey Black Manhattan was perfect. Thank you and we eat here often.

We ate at Ballo at the recommendations of others including a waitress from another restaurant. The food, beverages and service were impeccable!!!

Don’t sleep on the Tao Tuesday deal, we each loved all of the courses. So great!

It was definitely a speakeasy vibe! From the moment you walk in the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We started at the lounge with our Lesly who was  very knowledgeable and personable, and suggested to Martinis that I probably normally wouldn’t have ordered, but we’re truly amazing! We had a couple appetizers in the bar area - oysters were probably the best I’ve ever had! And the sliders were so tasty… only feedback there is if there are two of you sharing… There are three sliders. We continue to the dining room where we had the scallops, the fish tots and Gail salad, which were all amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

The food was fantastic. The seating wasn’t great. I made these reservations 2 months ago and thought we would get a nice table. We asked to sit inside as it was a little cold by water. Our first table was in a dark hallway. When I asked for a different table we were seated out side by the water. We literally had to shout to have a conversation. They cater to large groups and don’t give much thought to a couples dining experience. Also, we arrived thirteen before our reservation time and were told to return at the exact time of our reservation. The hostesses need better training.
