Izakaya Hachi is an authentic Japanese restaurant serving Japanese tapas, Yakitori, fresh oysters, ShabuShabu, traditional Sushi, and a unique variety of Sake.To maintain the social distance guideline, we will check all customer's temperature and ask to sanitize your hands before entering the restaurant.     We've eaten here on special occasions for a few years and they never disappoint. For our sons birthday this year, they gave us one of the Tatami rooms, very nice. Everything we had was delicious. Highly recommend the Kobe filet.

    The ambiance of the place was really relaxing and nice. The severs were quick to sit everyone down and get everyone’s orders out in a reasonable nice manner. The food was really good and the portions were reasonable for the price, would come again!

    Can’t ask for a better deal and healthy option than Shinsengumi Shabu!!! I mean most ingredients for the hot pot are fresh, high quality……not processed!! And the price for AYCE is too good , even better for seniors like me!!! I sit at the counter and always order the Tonkotsu broth with both pork meats and an ice cold jumbo mug of Sapporo……man, life is good!! But whatever you order, you always walk out with a truly satisfying feeling. And icing on the cake is outstanding, friendly service by Riley, Kenda and Yonosuke!!! Of all the Shinsengumi restaurants through out the Southland, this joint is my absolute favorite and I highly recommend for family, friends and even hot dates!!
