Come to discover Hour 43!Restaurantes Carolo, named after a variation of the Italian form of “Carlos”, was the first company of the group, created in November, 2007. It represented an innovation for the creative needs of Carlos Gómez Senderos and his love for bakery. The first restaurant of the group-Carolo Bosques-was created for Carlos to have a place to work. En el año 2015, Sylvestre Polanco abrió sus puertas en la antigua Casa Calderón, ubicada en Anatole France 74; calle con el nombre del autor de “El crimen de Sylvestre”, novela que nos serviría de inspiración para ponerle nombre a un restaurante de cortes argentinos cuya sinergia con la comida mexicana tradicional, se logra de manera única y especial.
